Billing occurs each month, in advance of the said month 2. All cancellation requests submitted to us must be done so via e-mail, or in writing. Your account is not pending for cancellation until you receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive a response from our office after you have requested your account be cancelled, then most likely an error has occurred with your e-mail. You should expect a confirmation message in 24 hours or less. 3. Refund of Half Yearly or Yearly Memberships, if cancelled after giving 7 Days notice in writing or by Email (however the running month will be charged Full) will be sent to you within 15 days after deducting the charges on the basis of ‘Monthly Subscription’ multiplied by the number of months the service was used. For Example if you intend to cancel Yearly subscription of a Plan (whose Yearly subscription is 22500/- while the Monthly Subscription is Rs2500/) after using it for 5 months, you will get (Rs.22500/- minus Rs.2500x5 months= Rs.10000 minus full taxes if applied) 4. Monthly Memberships cancelled if cancelled mid month are not entitled to a refund. Service is based month to month, not on a daily basis. 5. If your credit card declines or rejects billing for any reason, you will be notified by us via e-mail. You will be given a three (3) day grace period in which to supply a billable credit card and/or remit payment for your account. Failure to do this will result in your Membership being closed.
